I have owned and worked with otters since 2005. This is the first year I am offering babies to the public.
Babies are to be expected in April. I do not pre-sell babies before they are born, but I do require a 20% deposit to secure your name on the waiting list.
All my otter babies are bottle-raised and ready to go once weaned.
The Asian small-clawed otter is the smallest breed of otter. They typically grow to be between 25-37" long and 5-13lbs. Average life expectancy is 10-15 years. These animals are not recommended for children, or even households with smaller animals. Otters are very sociable and intelligent; they need a lot of your attention in order to prosper. I only sell to homes that can provide proper care. Adequate enclosure and valid permit are required.
